Upon receipt of payment and any necessary materials from the client, we will commence work on the agreed-upon services. Delivery timelines vary based on the scope of the project:

- Custom projects: Timelines will be specified in the project agreement
Clients will receive regular updates on the progress of their projects.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of our digital services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. However, if you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service delivery to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving issues and may offer revisions or partial refunds at our discretion.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services prior to the commencement of work for a full refund. Cancellations after work has begun may incur charges for work already completed. For subscription-based services, clients must provide at least 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
